SHIPPING POLICY
For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies:
All items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address.
In-Stock items ship within 2 – 3 business days after the order is received and processed. We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.
You may request Standard Ground, Expedited 2 Business Day Delivery or Expedited Next Business Day Delivery. Please note: HKEY does not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO).
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method by 12:30 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the next business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM CST and on weekends and holidays within 2 business day.
A valid United States address is required. Please Note: We do not ship to third party shippers.

An additional handling charge will be applied to your order at the rate of 15% of your merchandise total for Alaska and Hawaii. The minimum additional handling charge is $7.
International Orders
We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside of the 50 US states at this time.
Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at HKEY. We stand behind all of our products. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 30 days after receipt. After 30 days, returned products will not be refunded. Please note that items marked Final Sale or Clearance on the website cannot be returned.

If your return is due to an HKEY error we will refund your return shipping or provide an exchange item or issue a merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Allow up to 15 days for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method OR a refund to be issued.
